Diane Regas is the President and CEO of The Trust for Public Land, an organization focused on creating parks and protecting land throughout the US. Prior to The Trust for Public Land, Diane was the Executive Director of the Environmental Defense Fund and spent time at the Environmental Protection Agency.

William C. Miller is a Program Manager at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he focuses on its energy efficiency program. He also serves as a U.S. Delegate to International Standards Organization Technical Committees. Prior to joining Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Dr. Miller managed the energy efficiency strategy for the Customer Energy Efficiency Department at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).
