On April 2, the Global Shapers of San Francisco hosted an improv for leadership development workshop for Gender Parity Week, a global cross-hub collaboration of the Global Shapers Community (an initiative of the World Economic Forum) taking place April 1-7, 2018.
Using improvisation and comedy techniques, participants exercised all sorts of important leadership and life skills -- communication, trust, confidence, resilience, problem-solving, public speaking, storytelling, thinking on your feet, and falling with grace -- all while having fun and laughing in two energizing hours.
